Our training courses for Workplace Harassment Contact Officers (WHCOs) are designed to give WHCOs a comprehensive understanding of their role – and the knowledge, skills and confidence to carry it out effectively.

We deliver both a 2-day Initial WHCO training course and a 1-day WHCO refresher course.
